Our Project Manager’s primary role is to liaison between the agency and its clients. In this role, it will be up to you to meet client demands and expectations while ensuring your internal teams are prepared to execute accordingly. Like all sales-related roles, it’s high pressure, and you will need to deliver results. If you're up for the challenge it will be lucrative and rewarding, with ample opportunities to see the impact of your work and meet new people.


DUTIES

Attending client meetings to discuss their needs and requirements.

SMEs and Project Manager must collaborate to chalk out strategies and campaigns that meet the client’s policies and budget.

Pitching to win new business.

Strategizing ideas, suggestions and costing while preparing a budget for the project.

Managing the creative and technical teams, including briefing and leading them who will work on the projects.

The project’s progress should be under constant scrutiny and supervision.

Keeping the client in the loop at all phases of the campaign.

Clearing up the ongoing negotiations and making way for the new ones with clients.

Tackling obstacles.

Making sure deadlines are met

Requirements

Emotional awareness and high communication skills.

Negotiating skills and good debater.

Confident, witty and un-irritatibly persuasive.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Little bit knowledge of managing resources for working with wide variety of people such as clients and different creative teams for different projects.

Leadership quality.

High Stamina and ability to handle pressure.

Professionalism and a steady head above his/her shoulders which can find ways of cost cutting.
